A ventilation device is provided to regulate humidity of air that is flowed into an interior by guiding air from outside, supplying moisture at a filter unit, and blowing the air into a room through a lower air flow regulation unit. A ventilation device comprises an upper channel(10), a lower channel(20), and a connecting channel(30). The upper and the lower channels connect an interior to the outside. Air flow regulation units(13,23) are formed at the upper and the lower channels. A part of the upper and the lower channels are embedded in a wall or an interior finish. The connecting channel connects the upper and the lower channels.
