A personal low-frequency stimulator is provided to generate vibration or electrical potential to achieve acupuncture or massaging effects, to prevent user's diseases and to be carried easily. A personal low-frequency stimulator includes a power supply portion(125), a signal generating portion(155), a micom(160), a high voltage generating/driving portion(225) and a LED portion(235). The signal generating portion generates a DC voltage signal, a low-frequency generating signal and a mode converting switch signal based on the signal output from the power supply portion. The micom outputs a control signal based on the signal that is output from the power supply portion and the signal generating portion. The LED portion outputs a signal for driving an LED based on a signal output from the micom.
