<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving method of an organic EL light emission part in which deterioration in quality of a display surface due to variation in time length of mobility correction processing can be suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: The driving method of the organic electroluminescence light emission part in which a driving circuit having a driving transistor T<SB>Drv</SB>, a video signal writing transistor T<SB>Sig</SB>, a light emission control transistor T<SB>EL_C</SB>, and a capacitor part C<SB>1</SB>is used to perform preprocessing [TP(5)<SB>1</SB>], threshold voltage cancellation processing [TP(5)<SB>2</SB>], and writing processing [TP(5)<SB>6</SB>] is characterized in that the light emission control transistor T<SB>EL_C</SB>is turned on to perform the mobility correction processing simultaneously with the writing processing [TP(5)<SB>6</SB>] before threshold correction/writing processing [TP(5)<SB>6</SB>]. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
