PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass substrate-conveying tray that is not bulky and shows no fear of damaging the glass substrate. SOLUTION: The glass substrate-conveying tray 3 is used for conveying the glass substrate while keeping the glass substrate horizontally. The frame 1 of the glass substrate-conveying tray 3 is composed of a material having a bending strength of not less than 40 MPa according to JIS K 7203. The frame 1 has a cushioning material 2 that is mounted at a portion in contact with the horizontally held glass substrate and has a JIS-A hardness of not more than 90 according to JIS K 6253.
