PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily check a face enlarging image and an overall image of a subject image, while saving power. SOLUTION: A first LCD 20 is provided on the rear of its camera body 10a of a digital camera 10. A second LCD 40 is provided on an upper face of the camera body 10a so as to move to a housing position housed in the camera body 10a and a projection position projecting from the camera body 10a. A face detection is made to detect a face of a figure 80 on imaging. If a face region 81 of the figure 80 is specified, a face enlarging image 86 for enlarging a face image 82 in the face region 81 is displayed on the second LCD 40. An overall image 85 of the subject image is displayed on the first LCD 20. When the face of the figure 80 is not detected, or when the second LCD 40 is not at the projection position, the second LCD 40 is turned off. The face enlarging image 86 and the overall image 85 can be checked easily, and further, it is possible to attempt to save power, when a 2-screen display is made. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
