PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a state of CPU usage in each process. SOLUTION: The CPU load analysis device for analyzing a load state of CPU associated with activation of each process executed on a computer system comprises an accumulated CPU use time collection means 2A which collects process information under activation in executing a predetermined command of OS; a CPU use time collection means 2B which collects process information when end of each process by an accounting function of the OS; a temporal transition creation means 3C which creates temporal transition data of accumulated CPU use time of each process from each piece of process information collected by the collection means 2A and 2B in a tabulation period; and a data merging processing means 2D which has a plurality of merging conditions set thereto, specifies an identical process in the plurality of merging conditions using the temporal transition data of each process created from both the pieces of process information, and merges both the temporal transition data.
