An apparatus for coupling a machine saw with a lathe is provided to easily mount a workpiece on a chuck of a lathe and to quickly cut a workpiece through one-time process by lifting down a band saw to cut the workpiece being rotated. An apparatus for coupling a machine saw with a lathe comprises a lathe(100) and a machine saw(200). The lathe includes a saddle(110), an apron(130), and a chuck(140) formed at one side of the bed. The saddle is transferred on a bed(120). The apron is mounted on the front side of the saddle. The machine saw includes support blocks(210), support rods(220), cylinders(230), a connection frame(240) and a driving unit(260). The support blocks face each other at an interval. The support rod is perpendicularly attached to the upper surface of the support blocks. The support rods are inserted into the cylinders so that the support rods are guided up and down, respectively. The connection frame connects the cylinders.
