PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide liquid storage means having a simple structure and high barrier functionality, and to provide a liquid ejecting apparatus mounted with the liquid storage means. SOLUTION: The liquid ejecting apparatus comprises the step of sealing an inner case 45a2 formed in a case 45a by films 45f1 and 45f2, partitioning into an ink chamber 45g and two first and second air chambers 45h and 45i, and interposing the ink chamber 45g between the two first and second air chambers 45h and 45i. Ink in the ink chamber 45g is pressurized and deviated by introducing air into these first and second air chambers 45h and 45i, and by bending the respective films 45f1 and 45f2.
