PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double squeegee type floor surface washer contrived to automatically switch a valve action surely in both forward and backward movements and surely suck washing sewage after washing from a floor surface while simplifying the entire configuration and suppressing the number of components to be small. SOLUTION: In the double squeegee type floor surface washer 1 provided with squeegees 10A and 10B for sewage suction on the front and back of a rotary brush 7, the width of suction ports 23B and 24B exerting a sucking action to the front and back squeegees 10A and 10B is configured to be sufficiently short relative to the length of flexible blades 20A, 21A, 20B and 21B constituting the squeegees 10A and 10B.
