INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, INFORMATION MANAGEMENT METHOD, INFORMATION MANAGEMENT PROGRAM AND RECORDING MEDIUM STORING THE PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management system certainly and properly processing an information recording medium installed in a used product, and properly managing a processing result thereof.

SOLUTION: This information management system has: a management terminal 1; a production base terminal 2 connected to it via a network 15, for inputting information related to the produced product; an installation terminal 18 for inputting information related to a customer using the product; a reproduction base terminal 5 for inputting information related to reproduction of the sent used product and/or the information recording medium; and a recycle base terminal 6 for inputting information related to recycling of the sent used product and/or the information recording medium. The management terminal 1 receives the product information and information recording medium information from the production base terminal, receives the customer information from the installation base terminal, stores them in a production base storage means 8a and an installation base storage means 8b, selects a recycle base or a reproduction base based on information thereof, and transmits them to the selected recycle base terminal or reproduction base terminal.
