PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector easy to connect and disconnect and hard to separate even when careless force is applied to it. SOLUTION: This connector 1 is furnished with a female body 20 with a recessed part 21 formed on it, a protruded part 12 to be inserted into the recessed part 21 and a male body 10 having a base part 11 positioned on the outside of the recessed part 21 in a state that this protruded part 12 is inserted into the recessed part 21. The protruded part 12 has an elastic part 122 once compressed when it is inserted into the recessed part 21 and free to elastically deform along a direction to connect the base part 11 and the protruded part 12 to each other in the recessed part 21, the base part 11 has a mounted part 13 on which another member 3 is mounted on the opposite side of the protruded part 12, the male body 10 has an engaging part 101 to be projected toward the side of the base part 11 from the side of the protruded part 12 at a position between the mounted part 13 and the elastic part 122, and the female body has an engaged part 201 opposed to the engaging part 101 at least from the rear side in the inserting direction in a state that the protruded part 12 is inserted into the recessed part 21 and with which the engaging part 101 is engaged.
