The problem addressed by the invention is to provide a gas supply arrangement with a sensor for detecting a measurement quantity of a process gas, said arrangement guaranteeing a reliable functioning of the sensor. A gas supply arrangement is proposed, preferably constructed in a fuel cell device, with a sensor (3) for detecting a measurement quantity of a process gas (1), wherein the sensor (3) has a measurement chamber (4) which is enclosed by a housing (5) and which by means of a membrane (6) is functionally connected to a detection chamber (7) carrying the process gas (1) of the gas supply arrangement, wherein the sensor (3) can be heated in such a manner that the housing (5) of the measurement chamber (4) has a temperature T₂ which corresponds to at least one temperature T₁ of the process gas (1) in the detection chamber (7) but which is preferably higher than said temperature.
