PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle behavior controller capable of attaining at least either suppression of noises or enhancement of control responsibility. SOLUTION: The vehicle behavior controller 1 includes a rotary body 21 rotatably supported around the rotary shaft 22 relative to a vehicle 100, a gyro 2 being a gyro motor generator for rotating the rotary body 21, a vehicle speed sensor 4 for detecting the speed V of the vehicle 100, a rotary shaft 33 rotatably supporting the gyro 2 around the rotary shaft 33 which is orthogonal to the rotary shaft 22 of the rotary body 21, and a gimbal 4 comprising a gimbal motor 34 for rotating the gyro 2. The vehicle behavior controller 1 increases the centrifugal force generated at the rotary body 21 as the detected vehicle speed V increases, to generate gyro moment using the centrifugal force of the rotary body 21 based on the behavior of the vehicle 100.
