PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a keytop board which not only facilitates the assembling work of electronic apparatus, while the electronic apparatus is made thinner. SOLUTION: A keytop 40 is mounted on a rubber-like elastic board 20. With the keytop 40 exposed, a name plate 60 covering the rubber-like elastic board 20 is provided with a second adhesive layer 75 and the name plate 60 is pasted on the rubber-like elastic board 20. The name plate 60 protrudes outside from the outer periphery of the rubber-like elastic board 20. The protruded part is also provided with the second adhesive layer 75 for bonding a case 110, where the name plate 60 is mounted. The adhesive layer of the name plate 60 comprises a first adhesive layer 70, that is pasted to a flange part 45 of the keytop 40 and the second adhesive layer 75, which is stacked on the first adhesive layer 70 and pasted to the rubber-like elastic board 20.
