PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment for minimizing a design change of a housing when, for example, a disk device is added. SOLUTION: The electronic equipment comprises a housing 21, a printed circuit board 25, a first cover member 41, a sub disk device 27 and a second cover member 42. The first cover member 41 is arranged detachably so as to cover a first opening part 31 provided at a portion of the bottom face of the housing 21. The sub disk device 27 is mounted inside the first opening part 31 and below the printed circuit board 25 while the first cover member 41 is removed from the first opening part 31. The second cover member 42 is arranged detachably so as to cover the first opening part 31 while the sub disk device 27 is mounted inside the first opening part 31.
