PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide passage and a pneumatic carrying device where a pneumatic carrying element can smoothly pass through a connection part of an inner tube and outer tube. SOLUTION: The inner tube 9 is inserted and connected to the outer tube 8, and V-shaped grooves 23 are provided in upper and lower sides of a tip part of the inner tube 9. By making the pneumatic carrying element 26 contact with right and left projecting parts 24 of the V-shaped grooves 23 to gradually lift the front part of the pneumatic carrying element 26, the pneumatic carrying element 26 transfers to the inner tube 9.
