Method of gaining emulsion through fluid processing by narrowing its flow and precedent introduction of gas into the fluid. The flow is narrowed by gradual lowering of pressure. The pressure ration before each grade to pressure after this grade equals 1.2 to 3. By this method energy assumption is decreased and the construction of the device for this method is simplified.
