<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen deep-fried food cooked with oil, having crispy palate feeling of dough and palate feeling with pleasing flavor of ingredient, like deep-fried food just after cooking with oil, when thawing and cooking, and to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the frozen deep-fried food cooked with oil comprises a process of using starch as flour to sprinkle and sprinkling on ingredients to be fried, a process of sticking batter which is prepared by using mix flour obtained by mixing flour for deep-fried food dough with rice powder and edible oil and fat, to the floured ingredients to be fried, and cooking the product with oil, and a process of heating the deep-fried food cooked with oil with a jet heating equipment followed by freezing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
