<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actively perform an extensively disclosed problem report for beta software or the like which was voluntarily performed in the past. SOLUTION: The value to a problem reported by use of a problem evaluation means is calculated in the form of evaluation point. An evaluation point management means manages the calculated evaluation point in relation to a problem reporter on a table. A consideration paying means clarifies the value to the problem report by converting the evaluation point to a consideration according to a rule and paying it to the problem reporter. The participating class to the beta software evaluation which was voluntarily performed in the past is extended, and the quality of the reported problem is also improved. Further, the feedback of problem is extensively performed, whereby the quality of product software is improved.</p> |
