PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for determining hydrogen peroxide, which can be used as a method for measuring proteins, without requiring B/F separation, and moreover, having the same or possibly the higher degree of sensitivity as those of conventional types. SOLUTION: This method for measuring the amount of hydrogen peroxide is provided by reacting a fluorescence-labeled thyramide with a carrier substance having a phenol group in the presence of hydrogen peroxide and a peroxidase, and measuring the amount of the obtained reaction product having the fluorescent label by a fluorescence correlation spectrometry.
