<p>The invention relates to tumor-specific binding proteins and all uses the reof. In particular, the invention relates to antibodies or antibody fragmen ts specific for antigens or molecules on cancer cells (CD166) and to methods of use thereof. Binding proteins comprising specific heavy and light chain CDRs are disclosed wherein the binding protein shows a measurable or signifi cant binding to breast cancer cell line MDA-MB 231 but shows insignificant o r unmeasurable binding to granulocytes or peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBLs ).</p> |
