PURPOSE: Joining structure of a soundproof plate and a soundproof rod, making use of fixing frames is provided to improve work efficiency in construction work and replacement work and to prevent particles of a sound-absorbing member from being diffused in the air. CONSTITUTION: In joining structure of a soundproof plate(20) and soundproof rods(30), making use of fixing frames, a metal plate body is bent with two steps to divide the metal plate body into upper and lower surfaces. Upper and lower fixing frames(10) having plural vent holes formed in the longitudinal direction are arranged to one of the upper and lower surfaces. The soundproof rod is situated at parts of the upper and lower fixing frames, where the vent holes are formed, and is joined by bolts and then front upper and lower bent parts(21) of the soundproof plate are forcibly fitted into space parts formed to the ends of the fixing frames and the soundproof rod.
