PURPOSE:To facilitate the rejudging and editing by visual observation by sequentially displaying the images of particle patterns which are automatically judged so that the judgment is impossible, judging the images with visual observation, inputting the result of the judgment into a pattern judging device, and automatically correcting the result of the judgment. CONSTITUTION:An apparatus is set at a pattern receiving mode with an input device 5. A data-processing control device 4 automatically judges the image of the particle pattern of a body to be measured. The result of the judgment is stored in an external memory 7 together with the pattern image. The apparatus is switched to a visual- observation mode. The pattern which is judged so that the judgment in the pattern data that are stored in the pattern receiving mode is impossible is selected. The patterns are sequentially displayed on a display device 6 from the memory 7. The operator judges the pattern as aggregation, non-aggregation and others by visual observation. The result is inputted into the control device with the device 5. The result of the automatic judgment is corrected and stored in the memory again. Said procedure is performed for all the patterns whose judgments are impossible. Then, the apparatus is switched to an output mode, and all the pattern data including the corrected data are taken out of the memory. The data are edited into an intended format, and the result is outputted through a data output device 8. |
