PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for extrusion laminates which has excellent properties such as a low-temperature heat-sealing property, heat-seal strength or hot tack and an improved processibility. SOLUTION: A resin composition which has the following characteristics of (a)-(e) and comprises from 60 to 95 wt.% linear ethylene/α-olefin copolymer and from 40 to 5 wt.% high-pressure radical polymerized polyethylene, is used. (a) The Mw/Mn is 3 or smaller, (b) the density is from 0.850 to 0.980 g/cm3, (c) the MFR is from 0.5 to 20 g/10 min, (d) the slope S (S=ΔlogG'/Δlogf) of the storage elastic modulus G' within the frequency range of from f0 to f0/10, wherein f0 is the frequency at which the value of the storage elastic modulus (G') agrees with the value of the loss modulus (G'), is 0.7<S<0.9, and (e) the flow activation energyΔH, determined within the range of from 160 to 220 deg.C, is 35 kJ/mol or smaller. |
