PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inspect the presence of failure of a speaker without requiring skillfulness. SOLUTION: A test signal generating section 12 drives the speaker 22 based on a cyclic test signal. A flickering driving section 13 causes a vibrating section of a speaker 22 to output a flickering light from a light source 30 at a positive peak and a negative peak of the test signal.
