<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coffee filter that adjusts a taste constituent such as a fat content to a liking and easily extracts good quality and tasty coffee. <P>SOLUTION: The coffee filter is made by pasting a first filter 11 and a second filter 12 to each other, formed into a bag shape with an opening and is made reversible. The first filter 11 and the second filter 12 are made of a nonwoven fabric, and have different adsorbing and hydrophilic properties to a coffee extract.
