A superconducting filter device is provided to secure both sufficient electromagnetic coupling and feed power handling capability without making a feeder approach a resonator pattern. A superconducting filter device includes a dielectric base substrate, a patch type resonator pattern, and a feeder. The patch type resonator pattern is made of superconducting material on the base substrate. The feeder is extended near the resonator pattern. The feeder has a signal input or output transmission line part(103c) extended to the resonator pattern, a facing part(103b) bent from the transmission line part to face the resonator pattern, and a front end part(103a) bent from the facing part in a direction away from the resonator pattern.
