A barrier membrane for guided bone regeneration is provided to obtain biocompatibility and a sealing function, to maintain a space, and to be bonded to a tissue. A barrier membrane for guided bone regeneration is made of a substrate(230) which has a thickness that is set up previously. The substrate is made of gold or silver, or gold alloy in which chemical elements like Pt, Pd, Ag, Cu, Ir, Zn, In, Rh, Sn, etc. are added to gold. A texture in an optional shape is formed on the substrate. A polymer layer containing antibiotics(240) is formed on the upper surface of the substrate. A bio-ceramic layer(250) is formed on the lower surface of the substrate. A bio-ceramic is applied on the bio-ceramic layer. The texture has plural protrusions and protrusion pores. |
