The complex has laps of nonwoven fibers (1, 2) associated with respect to one another by spunlacing of fibers for forming an outer or inner textile layer. A relief structure (3) is interposed between the laps of fibers for being coated by the laps of fibers, where the fibers and the structure are made of heat stable material. The structure is arranged for forming a relief system on an outer surface of the outer or inner textile layer. The outer or inner textile layer is arranged opposite to the relief system.
