The meter has a measuring channel through which a liquid or gaseous medium flows. A pair of ultrasound converters emits and receives ultrasound signals. A pair of reflectors (4, 5) guides one ultrasound signal from one ultrasound converter to another converter and is arranged in the channel. Two measuring sections are provided with the reflectors and the converters, where the converters are parallely connected. A holding plate (10) is formed with the reflectors and/or reflector holders (18, 19) in a mirror-symmetrical manner. A displacement body is arranged in a center of the channel. |
