A photosensitive paste composition is provided to obtain high-resolution and high-precision barrier ribs for a plasma display panel, and to impart a high reflection ratio to the barrier ribs. A photosensitive paste composition comprises an organic/inorganic composite sol and an inorganic material, wherein the average refractive index(N1) of the organic/inorganic composite sol and the average refractive index(N2) of the inorganic material satisfy the formula of -0.2<= N1 - N2 <= 0.2. The organic/inorganic composite sol is obtained by carrying out hydrolysis and condensation of a metal alkoxide or halide to form a metal oxide, and coating the surface of the metal oxide with a surface modifier to obtain an organic/inorganic composite, and dispersing the composition in an organic material.
