<p>The device is particularly for a bicycle saddlebag to a luggage bracket, having hooks on the back of the bag at the top, and one or more hooks at the bottom with eyes. A tightening strap fixed at one part to the bag forms a loop passing through the eyes. Part(6b) of the loop passes through a self-locking buckle(8) fixed to the back of the bag, while its part adjacent to the eye(5) of the bottom hook(4) is protected from the outside by a cover(10), formed by two slits(10a,10b) spaced apart in the vertical direction. The buckle and the end(6c) of the loop fixed to the bag can be joined together by a rigid plate on the back of the bag, on which the top hooks (2) are spaced apart in the horizontal direction.</p> |
