摘要 An operating method for extending service life of kanvara reactor impeller refractories is provided to reduce manufacturing costs of molten steel, reduce operation loads of operators, and improve productivity by adhering hot metal slag to the kanvara reactor impeller, thereby improving the service life of the kanvara reactor impeller. An operating method for extending service life of kanvara reactor impeller refractories comprises: a step(S12) of transmitting a lifting signal to a lifting motor such that a controller lifts an impeller when a hot metal ladle is loaded into a kanvara reactor; a step(S14) of allowing the controller to determine if the impeller has reached near a part of the hot metal ladle at which an upper cooling nozzle is installed; a step(S16) of stopping the impeller above the hot metal ladle and opening an automatic valve if the impeller has not reached near the part of the hot metal ladle at which the upper cooling nozzle is installed; a step(S18) of allowing the controller to open the automatic valve, thereby controlling a flow control valve to control a flow amount; a step(S20) of transmitting a signal for rotating an impeller motor when the flow control valve controls the flow amount; a step(S22) of allowing the controller to cool the impeller through a cooling gas supplied by the cooling nozzle; a step(S24) of transmitting a signal for allowing the controller to close an automatic valve by sensing that a temperature of the impeller is lowered to a predetermined temperature or less; a step(S26) of allowing the controller to stop the rotation of the impeller motor and order the descent of the lifting motor; and a step(S30) of performing an operation of excluding slag of the hot metal ladle when the impeller is deviated from the cooling position.
