The present invention relates to compounds of the general formula IC wherein R², R', R'', R³, R⁶, X¹ and X¹' are as defined herein and pharmaceutically active acid addition salts thereof. Compounds of the invention are useful for the treatment of neurological and neuropsychiatric disorders.
