A shampoo with fermented soybean comprising rich lecithin, flavonoid, various minerals and vitamins is provided to prevent aging of scalp and hair, and loss of the hair, clean the scalp and show excellent effect on eliminating waste materials of the scalp. A shampoo with fermented soybean is characterized in that 1-45 wt.% of fermented soybean powder is evenly dispersed into 55-99 wt.% of shampoo raw materials and an average particle diameter of the fermented soybean powder is finely crushed to have 0.01-800 micrometer(s). A method for preparing the shampoo with fermented soybean comprises a steps of: adding the finely crushed fermented soybean powder to the shampoo raw materials and mixing it evenly with stirring, wherein 0.01-30 wt.% of oriental herb materials and other additives such as spicery regarding a total weight are additionally added during the addition of the fermented soybean powder.
