Invention refers to production of nutritionally highly valuable and safe beverages for human and animal use from poultry eggs or their components (shell, yolk, egg white). Besides eggs, fruit and vegetable juices rich in diet deficient antioxidants and other biologically active compounds which help the organism in optimizing pH values, honeybee products and extracts of medicinal and aromatic plants are also used in production of beverages. These beverages may be considered as functional food or nutraceutical products. |
