Manual tool i.e. holders at the opposite end of which are mounted marks for marking several needls, or a razor blade or easily revolving axle with many a mounted needle where at the axle turn, due to the bread passing below it, surface of the bread is marked. So as to avoid unprecise and unequal marking of bread along with the rejects, to avoid the expenses for paying workers to mark it manually, by setting an automatic marker with the tool carrier fixed to the fermentation chamber, by a photo cell, electromagnetic sliding valve and an electronic control board we obtain a hundered percent production without rejects.
