Device is intended for processing of polyurethane packing material into a semi-final product drops (spangles) in further process treated for polyurethane packing material recycling. The machine is characterized with the principle of cutting the polyurethane packing material with a helical rotor, reduced noise and without vibrations. It is characterized also with care for the safety of machine operators. All the constructions and functional properties of the inventio are successfully tested at the worked out sample.The machine according to the invention consists of a shaft (2) where welded are carriers (8) and carriers (3, 4) of the tools whereon, are by means of the screws (6) and a ring (5) are combined knives (1), while on the shaft (2) there is a belt (7). Stable knives (9) provide grinding the plastics.
