An OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) driver for correcting luminance gamma by interworking variation of a driving source voltage with a gray scale voltage is provided to compensate for luminance deviation by detecting automatically the variation of the driving the source voltage. An OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) driver includes a gray scale reference voltage generator(201), first and second analog switches(202,203), a source voltage input unit(207), a voltage detector(208), and a deviation compensator(209). The gray scale reference voltage generator generates a luminance reference voltage and plural gamma reference voltages. The first analog switch selects one of the gamma reference voltages in response to first switching control signals and sets the selected gamma reference voltage as the most significant gray voltage. The second analog switch selects one of the gamma reference voltages in response to second switching control signals and sets the selected gamma reference voltage as the least significant gray voltage. The source voltage input unit generates a detection reference voltage according to variation of a driving source voltage of an OLED panel. The voltage detector generates plural comparison reference voltages and compares the detection reference voltages with the comparison reference voltages. The deviation compensator generates the first and second switching control signals by encoding comparison values of the voltage detector.
