FIELD: medicine, stomatology. ^ SUBSTANCE: stomatological abutment is made with shank that has threading, and crown. Crown is made directly on abutment by means of layer-by-layer application of three layers of ceramic material i.e. opac, dentin, and enamel layers. Abutment surface is made rough. ^ EFFECT: simplified method of crown making due to its direct formation on standard abutment and absence of metal frame characteristic of artificial metal-ceramic crown. ^ 1 dwg |
