A small-sized high voltage power driving circuit for a piezoelectric element is provided to prevent instability of a circuit due to instantaneous high current applied to the piezoelectric element by connecting resistors in series. A small-sized high voltage power driving circuit for a piezoelectric element includes a radio controller(100), a piezoelectric driver(200), and a piezoelectric actuator(300). The radio controller generates radio waves. The piezoelectric driver supplies power to drive the small piezoelectric element. The piezoelectric actuator generates displacement by high voltage PWM(Pulse Width Modulation). The piezoelectric driver has a receiving module unit(210) to receive a radio signal from the radio controller, a power module unit(220) to supply driving voltage through a separate battery(B), a microprocessor module unit(230) to generate a PWM control signal, a full bridge driving module unit(250) to convert the PWM control signal into a PWM signal, and a high voltage conversion driving module unit(260) to output the high voltage PWM. |
