A test assistor for a test tray is provided to prevent deflection of a package cover and semiconductor devices due to pressing force of coupling bolts by excluding the package cover. A test assistor(100) for a test tray includes a body(110) and first and second pressing units(130a,130b). The body has first and second mounting grooves on a lower surface to mount a pair of semiconductor devices. The first and second pressing units are rotatably connected to both sides of the body respectively and press outer surfaces of the semiconductor devices by elastic force. The test assistor further includes a protrusion downward between the first and second mounting grooves to support inner surfaces of the semiconductor devices. |
