A portable punching apparatus is provided to enable the apparatus to punch the plate easily at a job site and prevent the generation of safety accidents without an operation load of an operator during a punching operation by moving the apparatus to a metal plate, resin plate, or other plate, and prevent the generation of secondary problems such as cutting of the metal plate due to punching flaws by uniformly performing the punching operation compared to manual operation. A portable punching apparatus(1) comprises: an apparatus frame(10) provided in a movable form; a driver(30) formed on the apparatus frame; and an upper mold unit(70) liftably connected with a bottom part of the driver and cooperated with a lower mold unit(50) formed on the apparatus frame to punch an object. The object is provided as one of a metal plate, a synthetic resin plate, and a wooden plate, and the apparatus frame includes a first frame(12) on which the lower mold unit is mounted, and a second frame on which the driver is mounted, and which provides a moving space(A) of an upper mold unit. The second frame includes a vertical frame(14a) and a horizontal frame(14b), the first and second frames have a handle(16) formed on at least one thereof to move the apparatus, and the apparatus frame further includes a pad(18) formed on a bottom face of the first frame. The driver includes a drive unit(32) and a hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder(34). The lower mold unit comprises a mold die(54) which is installed on a mold placement groove(12a) formed on the first frame, and in which a punching part(52) is included such that an upper mold of the upper mold unit is inserted into the punching part.
