A recycled material producing apparatus using waste materials is provided to collect and burn steam and harmful gas generated in melting the waste materials, through three spots and to maximize the discharging of harmful gas by using different screws. A recycled material producing apparatus(100) using waste materials is composed of an input hopper(112) and a discharge port(113) formed at a housing(111) having a heating furnace(125), and a transfer screw(114) transferring the waste materials and having a forward screw(115) formed from the input hopper to the adjacent part of the discharge port and a reverse screw(116) formed at the rest end portion in the opposite direction of the forward screw. A first collecting pipe(121) communicating with the housing to suck steam is installed at the input hopper of the transfer screw. A second collecting pipe(122) communicating with the housing to suck the harmful gas is formed at a part where the forward and reverse screws cross each other. A dust collector(120) having a burner(123) for burning up the collected harmful gas is installed at the upper part of the first and second collecting pipes. |
