The device has a flat ribbon cable, which is accommodated in a circular cartridge, where maximum number of end points is attached at a rotor (15) and a stator (16) for attaching the flat ribbon cable. A device for a ring shaped guidance body (19) is provided in the stator, where the ring shaped guidance body is attached for guiding of coils of the flat ribbon cable. The end points of the rotor and the stator are combined at a part of a plug connector.
