An antenna, a method for manufacturing the same, and a mobile communication terminal using the same are provided to improve efficiency of an inner space of the terminal without an additional antenna and an antenna installation space by using a portion of a case as an antenna. An antenna includes a case(2) for receiving a signal and a patch(30). The case is made of conductive material. The patch is formed by coating an inner part of the case with EMI(Electro Magnetic Interference) shielding material and includes a first opening region. The first opening region is not coated with the EMI shielding material and is a radiation unit(10). The radiation unit is divided into two opening regions at predetermined intervals. The patch further includes a second opening region connected to the first opening region. The second opening region is a feed unit(20).
