A non-contact type vacuum pad is provided to form a vacuum level faster and higher by exhausting compressed air with external air sucked when the compressed air passes an exhaust passage. A non-contact type vacuum pad(10) includes a body(11), an air guide(12), and an air exhaust passage. The body includes a supply hole and outward diffusion planes(14,20). The supply hole is formed on the center of the body. The outward diffusion planes are formed on a lower part of the supply hole. The air guide is mounted on a lower part of the body and includes a center inflow groove(16), one or more air passage(18), and a suction hole(19). The center inflow groove is connected to the supply hole. The air passage passes through a wall of the body from the center inflow groove. The suction hole is elongated from a bottom of the body and is connected to the air passage. The air exhaust passage exhausts compressed air and is elongated to the air passage, outward diffusion planes, and an edge of the body.
