Instant boiled fish paste in a cup comprising a cup with a horizontal wing part, a sealing cover made of paper, vacuum-packaged boiled fish paste and soup powder inside the cup and a cooking time displaying device at the top of the cup is provided to inform the user when the boiled fish paste is completed, extend the distribution period and be cooked by pouring boiling water. Instant boiled fish paste in a cup comprises: a cup(1) containing a wing part(3) formed in a horizontal direction on the top edge of a container part(2) and a sealing cover(6) comprising paper material at the top of the cup; vacuum-packaged boiled fish paste(10), soup powder(11) and sauce(12); and a cooking time displaying device(20) at the sealing cover or the side part of the cup to inform the user when the boiled fish paste is completed. The cooking time displaying device has a first discoloring label(21) which is coated with thermochromic ink and discolors when the temperature on the upper surface of the sealing cover is raised to more than 70deg.C. A heat conduction delaying part(22) comprising heat-insulating material(24) in a resin case(23) is attached to a bottom part of the sealing cover corresponding to the position of the first discoloring label. A groove(25) is formed at the bottom part of the case to pour sauce when consumers try boiled fish paste. |
