摘要 FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to orthopedics in foot schistasis treatment. III radial bone of foot is exarticulated so that the part of a fragment from the base of metatarsal bone of foot remains adjoining to II sphenoid bone. The bony prominence locating along the inner side at a level of distal epimethaphysis of II metatarsal bone is exsected. The bone wedge is selected diametrically from cuboid bone at its base on medial side, the base of bone wedge is directed to sphenoid bone by the tops, which doesn't reach to the end of cuboid bone on 2-3 mm and directs to the foot peripheral edge. The wedge angle on the cuboid bone should correspond to the angle of peripheral part bias of forefoot from its center line. 4-5-6 toes are moved by force en bloc with corresponded metatarsal bone and distal portion of cuboid bone, breaking peripheral uninjured edge of cuboid bone towards II radial bone till complete closing of adjacent sides of II and IV metatarsal bones, and maximum coaptation of distal portion of cuboid bone with the fragment of metatarsal bone. End-to-end channel is drilled through distal epimethaphysis of II metatarsal bone and distal mobilised portion of cuboid bone diametrically, from dorsal towards the pelmatic side. The metal wire is threaded through formed bones orifices in such a way that ends of the wire appear on dorslim of foot. The wire is tied up by force without loosening closed position of foot hemisections, and twisted ends of the wire are plunged into interosseous abathrosis. ^ EFFECT: opportunity of effective compound foot schistasis treatment appears. ^ 6 dwg, 1 ex
