The external fixation device of injured pelvic ring and external fixation device of injured collar bone are mounted. The connecting rod is installed with a telescopic rod fixed on its end. The smooth part of the telescopic rod is carried into an orifice of a reducing block. The reducing block is placed by a holder of the external fixation device of pelvic ring. Bunches of pins are inserted into the bone parts of injured segments of thorax. Bunches of pins are fixed by a damper to connecting rod of the device.
